  • Hot Stone Massage:   This is body work that incorporates Swedish Massage techniques along with the smooth Basalt heated stones for a deeper and more relaxing massage.

  • Reiki:  A gentle hands on healing technique that reduces stress, promotes relaxation, restores balance, relieves pain, and assists in the all round healing process on all levels.

  • Seated/Chair Massage:  A mini, yet intense massage, usually between 10 and 30 minutes, that helps relieve tension in your neck, shoulders, back and arms.  This massage is done while fully clothed and on a specially designed massage chair.   You are left feeling Revitalized, Relaxed, and Rejuvenated and ready for the rest of your day.
